What will we do for you?
A desk-top valuation of the “True Value” of the business. For this valuation, the True Value of a business is calculated in accordance with the True Value Methodology (TVM6). The TVM6’s three distinguishing attributes, (a) the characterisation of value as being true value, rather than other concepts of value such as value to the market, natural value, fair value, or value to the vendor or purchaser.
True Value is what a rational and fully informed purchaser ought to accept as a minimum return on investment and that which a rational and fully informed vendor ought to accept as a fair consideration for what is being sold. True value is used in conjunction with other assets not in exchange, with no secondary usage, with limited tradability and subject to usage and ownership constraints.
How will we do this?
You will be provided with a short questionnaire to complete with the assistance of our accountant to construct capital expenditure, revenue, sales and operating expenses targets for three years. Our expert business valuer will conduct desktop research to supplement the information you provide and provide you with a certified valuation.
What is your investment?
Between $3,500 and $7,700 with $2,310 upfront depending on how much research we have to do, your contribution and the complexity of the task.
