What will we do for you?
We will identify revenue sources that are sustainable across your planning horizon. It is important to diversify your business income stream to include “sticky” revenues i.e. regular, guaranteed and subscription based. Businesses that rely purely on transactional revenues generally sell for less than those with sticky revenues. These types of revenue streams may be hard to identify and create for some businesses, but where there’s a will, there’s always a way.
How will we do this?
We slowly decompose the processes in your business and analyse your value proposition and determine what goods or services can be created and marketed to your existing and potential client base on a subscription basis. This is an iterative process that may take some time to complete.
What is your investment?
Between $5,500 and $12,100 with $3,630 upfront depending on how much research we have to do, your contribution and the complexity of the task.
