Description
What will we do for you?
Our DDI package comprises the process of ensuring that as buyer, you get what you think you are buying and whether what you are buying is worth what you are paying.
To do this requires an investigation and understanding of legal, financial, commercial, relational, and operational risks associated with the practice business prior to commencement, during and at the end of ownership. One of the most difficult aspect of DDI is determining the scope of the investigation. The scope is predominantly shaped by the party benefiting from (the buyer) or the party producing (the seller) the DDI, or bilaterally. The scope can be wide or limited and is subject to the awareness level, appetite for risk and the budget of either you as buyer or seller and is often subject to any legislative requirements. We can assist you to determine your scope. Specific areas of focus are:
- Constraints- technical, informational, financial, temporal and legal
- Financial statements analysis
- Leasehold analysis
- Contract of sale- Key provisions
- Local council and bylaws
