What will we do for you?
We will prepare a tailored staff incentive scheme that intelligently motivates and rewards staff for to be their best in exceeding your client’s expectations not just once but every time. This scheme will be tax effective and will assist in effectively operationalise your 3-Year Budget. An Excel based app will be developed for your business to automatically track and calculate weekly reward entitlements and facilitate performance reviews of actual v/s budget.
How will we do this?
We will interview you and your managers to determine your goals and most importantly get “buy-in” from and provide “ownership” of the scheme to staff. Information gathered will be used to devise an all-inclusive incentive scheme that encourages everyone to work hard towards achieving the same business goals.
What is your investment?
Between $2,500 and $5,500 with $1,650 upfront depending on how much research we have to do, your contribution and the complexity of the task.
